The magazine "Austrian Business Woman" - Austria's first business magazine for women - has named the top 100 women in business, industry, education and research. One of them is IMC CEO Ulrike Prommer.

The team of IMC Krems was delighted to hear about the ranking of  CEO Ulrike Prommer. Prommer is one of the few female "CEOs" of the Austrian FH sector. Her credo is "Simply DO it, instead of only asking questions". In her interview, she talks about the achievements of IMC Krems, which aims to remain at the top of the field and thus strengthen Austria as an innovation driver.  According to the mother of two adult sons, this will only be possible together with well-trained graduates, committed employees and the stakeholders of the university of applied sciences from the fields of business, industry and politics.

Ambitious plans for the future

In the coming year she would like to implement the new strategy of the IMC Krems and contribute to consolidate and strengthen the role as a leading university of applied sciences in Austria and abroad. "Motivation, innovation, enthusiasm - these are the ingredients for finding innovative solutions for difficult situations together with our partners," explains the head of a 300-strong team.

"The magazin Austrian Business Woman has the goal of editorially honoring the extraordinary achievements of Austrian top female managers from the various industries and to pass on their exciting careers and advice to all readers who want to climb the career ladder themselves and not be satisfied with mediocrity in their jobs. According to my vision, the magazine should be a clear call for more women's power in management positions and, with regular reporting, should contribute to promoting the quotas of women at the top of the company as well as initiating a new way of thinking," says chief editor Barbara Mucha.
