The degree programme

This degree programme is a collaboration between IMC Krems and the Tashkent State University of Economics (TSUE) and will take place at TSUE in Tashkent/Uzbekistan.
The aim of the English-language bachelor programme is to equip you with in-depth business administration expertise. International business knowledge and intercultural skills are the centre of attention throughout the programme. After your studies, you will be able to deal successfully with partners all over the world.
Successful graduates of the degree programme are awarded a regular degree from IMC Krems, meaning that they receive a degree from a fully accredited European degree programme. This opens up a wide range of opportunities for you: after your studies, you have the choice between seamlessly continuing your education in Europe and around the globe or starting your career with excellent job prospects in Uzbekistan and abroad.
High practice-orientation with an international edge
The programme is jointly taught by lectures from IMC Krems and TSUE. The teaching staff is carefully selected, meaning that you will learn from leading industry experts from Austria and other countries and that you can expect a modern, student-centred teaching style.

Tashkent State University of Economics (TSUE) is one of the largest economic universities in Central Asia. TSUE was the first international American-style business school in Uzbekistan and has gained a good reputation by building relationships with renowned universities in the USA, Great Britain, Austria and Germany. It maintains the largest university library in Central Asia.
In order to provide high quality international programmes that qualify for a strong career in international business, TSUE has formed a collaboration with IMC Krems as a European university with years of experience in the field in 2019. By now, our International Business Management bachelor degree programme has become a leading programme in international business in Uzbekistan.

Frankly speaking, it is difficult to find the exact words to describe the whole spectrum of feelings, impressions and experiences I gained throughout the programme. I can say that it was one of the most incredible and unforgettable experiences in my life! For me personally, the programme was quite challenging and because of this even more fascinating. We had to learn fast to adapt to the new conditions of life away from our home country. We also had to get used to new types of tasks and requirements at the university. But all these details made the experience I gained from the semester even more amazing. I gained a lot of life and learning experience and I was able to increase my knowledge and also my leadership skills. Moreover, I was attracted by the opportunity to see how people of different nations share experiences and live with each other. I wanted not only to get the knowledge provided by the university, but also to learn about the culture of different people through face-to-face communication with representatives of other nations.

First of all, I would like to thank my lecturers at TSUE for providing me with an opportunity to study and travel in Germany. I was an exchange student at Bremen University of Applied Sciences which was an exciting period in my life. When my friend and I went to study there, we realised that everything is possible. The exchange programme was one of the best experiences in my entire life. I am very happy and lucky to have made such an experience. Traveling to Austria as an exchange student was one of the turning points of my life. I got to know new people and cultures and learned about the education system in Austria which is quite different from the one we have in Uzbekistan.
