The study programme Export-oriented Management is constantly updated and focuses on supporting the students in developing relevant key skills and knowledge.

There is a strong practical orientation, which ensures excellent future prospects of for the graduates as the education is provided in close cooperation with the industry.

The key competences – secure negotiation and communication in English, plus two more languages, solution-oriented problem solving, independent thinking, hands-on mentality, and ready to take responsibility – provide a solid basis to successfully meet the challenges of a (business) world that is spinning faster every day – and have some fun when doing so.

This also means that graduates of the Bachelor programme Export-oriented Management have some flexibility as they possess all the skills required to take on management responsibilities in various industries and departments, in both companies and public services with export/international activities, to start in funktions like

Furthermore, asides from many different entry possibilities into the job market, there is a reason why the export sector is often called the growth engine of the economy. Looking at Austria, the number of exporting companies grew from 12,000 in the year 2000 to 50,000 in 2015. And the growth will continue, according to forecasts there will be 60,000 exporters in 2019.
