You are a leader
You will be responsible for selected transnational degree programmes and organising teaching operations in cooperation with partner universities in Europe and Asia. This will involve implementing and acquiring degree programmes and continuing education courses, as well as lecturing in your specialist subject. You have all the skills required to motivate people to take an interest in business topics and explore the links between them.
You have a distinctly international outlook
- University degree (PhD or equivalent)
- Experience of international university partnerships and working in intercultural teams
- University teaching experience
- Experience as a degree programme director an advantage
- Experience of conducting research projects and attracting third-party funding
- Strong publication record and active member of the scientific community (as reflected in memberships, conference attendance and peer review work)
- Excellent German and English (min. C1 / Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)
- Strong willingness to travel

We offer a range of attractive benefits
IMC Krems is not member to any collective agreement. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is EUR 68.000,- on the basis of full-time employment (40 hours per week). Depending on professional qualifications and experience, we are willing to overpay. The award of a professorship is not tied to the conclusion of an employment contract but to a peer review process and requires appropriate evidence of the candidate's record in teaching, research and practice.
