The IMC Alumni Academy

The IMC Alumni Academy covers a wide range of different topics - for example, management training, digital skills, HR, marketing and much more. The further training courses offered as workshops are primarily conducted by alumni for alumni, but also for students and interested persons. Participants can also discuss their own problems and questions from their companies with the workshop leaders and other alumni. In short: Practical relevance at its best.

About this webinar:

The aim of this online webinar is to create an environment for all participants to share and learn from each other about the magnificence of leading project teams. Hence during this workshop, we will work with your cases and your experiences to find out about your interdisciplinary challenges. We will have a close look on your project strategies and will have a focus on how you are leading the team and which challenges you are facing. You will / or won’t be surprised, no matter, how long you are already responsible as a project lead, and still - and because - always crossing similar obstacles. However, if you are aware about some main patterns and pitfalls, it might become both more successful and needs-oriented for you, then in the past. During this webinar you will be introduced to some leadership models, next to all the practical exchange. This might then be a sustainable approach for you to bring all the information from the webinar into practice.

Main target group of this webinar:
