A culinaric project.

The motto of the project is “you’re only as healthy as the food you eat”.

IMC cooks up a treat: Christa Bamberger, Michi Hörmann, Florian Krenn, Magdalena Mörkl, Franziska Kretz and Susanne Kostner.

Over the next 25 weeks, from April to September, out IMC cooking team will be taking you on a culinary journey through the gardening season.

Every week they will be presenting a dish which showcases a particular ingredient so you can get to know it better. The appetising regional food will be supplemented by some tasty international treats.

The aim of the lively little cooking community is to raise awareness of regional and seasonal produce and encourage people to cook for themselves.

So you can look forward to some culinary “special effects” along the way.
