Off to the Global Finals
The business idea is a deposit system for reusable packaging. With this idea, the two students won the Austrian finals of Red Bull Basement. So they were invited to the Global Finals in Turkey.
Exciting insights from leading visionaries, workshops and surprise activities await the finalists before the idea is presented to a panel of experts in the last step.
Final touches before the big finale
They will continue to work on the idea with the support of international mentors up to the Globals Finals. The winners of Red Bull Basement 2021 will receive a package with all the important resources they need to turn their idea into reality.
The inspiration to develop a start-up idea came directly from the course “Unternehmensgründung und Gründungsfinanzierung”, which is part of Manuel Weberndorfer's current curriculum at IMC Krems.

Red Bull Basement supports students in the implementation of their ideas. The focus is on establishing contacts, inspiring students, mentoring by experts and reflecting on the status quo. Students must not be entrepreneurs or inventors to participate. The highlight of Red Bull Basement are the Global Finals, where the finalists from the individual countries present their ideas in a pitch to an international jury.
