Outgoing students

Students benefit in a number of ways from spending a semester abroad at one of more than 130 partner universities of the IMC Krems.

International experience and appreciation of cross-cultural perspectives are seen as key qualities for today’s executives, so one of our major priorities is to offer students a wide range of international experiences. For IMC Krems students, “going international” means:

  • completing an internship abroad
  • spending a semester abroad at an IMC Krems partner university
  • participating in international competitions or research projects

In most of our degree programmes, a semester abroad at a partner university is strongly recommended, as it can enrich the participants’ personal, academic and professional lives.

Studying abroad

IMC Krems students have the opportunity to study abroad for a semester at one of our partner universities, either as part of the EU’s ERASMUS+ Programme or outside the European Union on a joint study programme. Completed semesters abroad will be accredited as a regular semester on the basis of the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS).
