Prof. Born fascinated IMC students and faculty with his speech

On December 11, Prof. Karl Born gave a speech about “Bitchy comments about service quality and customer loyalty”. During his speech Prof. Karl Born demonstrated with funny ancedotes the relevance of customer orientation and customer happiness for the tourism industry. With comments like “Why you are so friendly today, do you not feel well today” or “Our customer is always the centre of our attention and that´s why the customer always hinder ourselves.”, he pointed out the current state of service quality in tourism industry. It was an unique pleasure and happening to welcome Prof. Born at the IMC.
