Applicants with a secondary school-leaving qualification (the Austrian Matura or an equivalent foreign qualification) are judged to have fulfilled the entry criteria.
Male applicants holding Austrian citizenship also need to provide proof that they have completed their compulsory military or alternative service, or received a dispensation.
The academic board is responsible for checking compliance with the entry requirements on a case-by-case basis once the prospective student’s complete application file has been received.
