The IMC University of Applied Sciences Krems now only accepts online applications.

Step One

After successful registration you will receive your personal access link to the online application system. You have to submit your completed application together with all required documents online until the application deadline at the latest. Your online application can be cached at any time and can be continued at a later date with your personal access link.

Step Two

We will notify you of receipt of your application by e-mail. 
Please note that we only process completed applications. Your complete application file will be verified individually by the academic board according to the entry requirements. With the invitation to take part in the admissions procedure, you will also be informed about your compliance with the entry requirements.

Step Three

You take part at the admission procedure of the respective programme you have applied for.

Step Four

Once the entire admission procedure has been completed, we will inform you in writing of our decision as soon as possible. This notification will be sent by mid-July at the latest. Please note that, for administrative reasons, we are unable to provide any information by telephone.

Mandatory requirements for applicants with international certificates and degrees

• All certificates issued outside Austria must be translated into German or English and legalised by a notary or by the Austrian diplomatic representation. For detailed information click here. 
• You have to submit your translated and legalised documents, scanned with the online application first.
• Afterwards the original translated and legalised documents have to be sent by post. Your application will be processed as soon as we have received your documents by post.

Please note that only complete application files (including legalised documents) sent until the application deadline will be accepted and verified by the academic board according to the entry requirements.
