IMC Krems is very proud of two tourism alumni who were seleced for the Vita Futura Graduate Management Program of Starwood Hotels. The program is offered in different Starwood properties worldwide. This year, 23 ambitious young people of more than 2200 applicants from Europe, Middle East and Africa were chosen to experience this challenging program.

Lukas Tremmel and Julia Bitschnau - two very successful IMC tourism graduates

Vita Futura lasts for approximately two years, and is meant to educate and train Starwood’s future Top managers.

When Julia Bitschnau und LukasTremmel first heard about Starwood’s Vita Futura, they were convinced that this Management Program would be our door opener to an exciting international career in the hotel industry. "It will give us not only the opportunity to gain high profile experience across all departments, we will also have the chance to attend executive meetings inside the hotel, participate in seminars across Europe and work on our own projects to meet our career aspirations", they are convinced.

Julia and Lukas think that especially the practical training semester as well as the rhetoric and language skills obtained at the IMC Krems, helped them to stand out from the crowd and so they eventually made it into the program. They are thrilled to spend the next two years of their life in Dubai and get an insight in a complete new culture and environment.
