Admission procedure

Due to the limited number of study places available each applicant (EU and NON-EU citizens) has to undergo the admission procedure. 

The admission procedure takes place in Krems between March and the end of June and comprises 2 parts:

1. Essay
2. Personal interview

By e-mail we confirm the receipt of your application and – if it applies - inform you about documents that should be submitted later. With the invitation to take part in the admission procedure you receive the guideline for the application essay. 

You have to compose an essay which comprises five sections. The essay has to be written in Englisch and needs to be submitted one week before your peronal interview at latest.

The interview will be carried out on a one-to-one basis in English and refers to your application essay.

You will be informed whether you have been accepted after the whole admission procedure is completed. The written notification will be sent in mid-July at the latest. Please note, that due to administrative reasons information will not be passed on over the phone.
