This important issue provide students with a solid basis for future management tasks. Emphasis is put an on general business administration, covering subjects like organisational behaviour, accounting, human resource planning and controlling.
Specialised Business administration
In higher semesters, the degree programme concentrates on sector-specific problem solving in the areas of developing of tourism products, economic aspects of tourism and leisure industry and financial issues. This, to a large extent, includes project-related teamwork.
Information and Communication Technlogies
All areas of IT application skills are covered. This includes intensive general, sector-specific data processing (e.g. all Microsoft Office applications) as well as international reservation and booking systems.
Languages
There is a comprehensive range of languages the students can choose from, e.g. French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Czech and Chinese.
Two languages must be selected when registering. If a student already has good knowledge of one of these languages, individual regulations for accreditation can apply.
