Partner Universities

International experience and cross-cultural awareness are key competences for future managers. Therefore, international relations are a decisive element of all IMC programmes to give students the possibility to obtain as much international experience as possible.

For students of the bachelor's programme Export-Oriented Management “going international” means:

  • to work abroad during their internship in the 4th semester (obligatory)
  • to study abroad in the 3rd semester at one of our partner universities (optional)
  • to participate in international research projects / seminars / competitions

Exchange Semesters

IMC students can spend an exchange semester

  • under the ERASMUS Lifelong Learning Programme at  partner universities within the European Union
  • under Joint-Study Programmes at partner universities outside the European Union

Both the ERASMUS Lifelong Learning and the Joint-Study Programmes enable students to study at one of IMC's partner universities for one semester with full recognition of their studies abroad according to the ECTS.

For all programmes, students are selected upon application according to their

  • academic performance
  • social and intercultural competence and
  • motivation letter

Further information as well as a current list of our more than 80 partner universities can be found under INTERNATIONAL.
